Terranado is a real estate firm in Southern California focused on the redevelopment of retail properties. We leverage our network and our experience to focus on unlocking intrinsic value through entitlements, adaptive reuse, and physical repositioning. In order for these properties to remain relevant today, we focus on layout reconfiguration and re-tenanting to enhance the customer experience. We target densification for the long term by leveraging the convergence of retail with residential, multifamily, and office.
